Prakash has over 34 years of versatile leadership experience in the power industry. Prior to his current role, Prakash was Head of the Distribution Systems business in Siemens Limited where he led a diverse, multi-location team. Prakash has extensive experience in the domains of business integration, process harmonization, P&L management, strategy, marketing, sales and operations in companies such as Schneider Electric Infrastructure, AREVA T&D, Cegelec and Alstom T&D. He has been recognized on various occasions for his thought leadership and expertise that has been instrumental in setting new benchmarks in the global and Indian power industry.
His remarkable achievement during his tenure as Business Head – Automation Division, AREVA T&D where he spearheaded the implementation of the world’s largest, state-of-the-art unified Load Dispatch Centers and Energy Management Schemes for Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and various state utilities in India was highly appreciated by all stakeholders.
He is an Electrical Engineering graduate and done Executive Leadership Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
As a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s National Committee on Power, IET (IOT) and part of IEEMA, Prakash has presented technical and concept papers at various seminars on self-healing energy distribution grids, smart cities, smart grid and energy management for smart infrastructure.
Prakash is married, has two kids, and has swimming and tennis as interests.

Prior to his current role, he was Finance Head of one of the largest business divisions within Siemens Limited, which involved Transmission Solutions business responsibilities for the Asia-Pacific region.
Manav brings with him 20-plus years of extensive business experience across multiple businesses and functions within Siemens. His wide range of experience includes global business operations ranging from Electrical Automation Products and Systems, Distribution and Large Power Transformer Manufacturing, Communication equipment to execution of complicated cross-border and domestic projects related to power transmission, grid stabilization, HVDC, etc.
Since 2008, Manav has led the finance functions, responsible for P&L, performance controlling, financial planning, business administration, working capital efficiency and tax management in various business units of Siemens Limited. He has also been involved in driving successful business turnaround and change management strategies as well as financial audits, internal controls over financial reporting and areas of business risk management.
Manav is a Company Secretary and a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India. He holds graduate degrees in Commerce and Law from Delhi University. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Indo-German Training Center, Mumbai.
On the personal front, Manav is married to a medical professional and has two young kids. He loves travelling with his family.
