We had the honor of welcoming our Chairman, Mr. Sunil Mathur, to our Haridwar Campus—home to our FDP, Busduct, Bustrunking, and Wiring Accessories plants. The visit was a moment of immense pride, reflection, and renewed momentum for all teams on the ground.
Mr. Mathur was accompanied by Mr. Prakash Chandraker, MD & CEO, C&S Electric, and Mr. Ranjit Bisht, CFO, C&S Electric.
During his visit, Mr. Mathur inaugurated the newly commissioned RCBO assembly line at our FDP plant—an important milestone in our continuous pursuit of product innovation and manufacturing excellence. As a symbol of our commitment to environmental sustainability, he also planted a tree on the campus.
A particularly inspiring moment was his interaction with our We4She team—the women workforce playing a pivotal role across our operations. Mr. Mathur spent time on the shop floor, engaging with the women employees and appreciating their dedication, skills, and growing impact. He applauded their contributions toward building an inclusive, progressive, and high-performing culture, and expressed pride in seeing women confidently leading in core manufacturing functions.
