Mr Prakash Chandraker, MD & CEO spoke about the role of women in workplace as well outside work. He praised their contributions and exhorted them to achieve greater heights.
During the event group discussions were held in mixed gender groups, led by women. Innovative ideas for transforming C&S Electric to a model organisation of diversity were shared.
