The Terms and Conditions mentioned herein are exclusively for
Electrician Loyalty Program
This program is limited for Electricians enrolled on C&S Aanand
Application
The program can be either 'extended' or 'closed' at the sole
discretion of the company management. The participants will have no
right to challenge the decision of the company management
This program shall be initially available only for the Electricians
involved in sales of C&S products, it shall not be applicable to the
end consumers
Neither this Program nor its Terms and Conditions shall be
considered as distributorship, joint venture, an agency relationship
or as granting of the franchise. Any claims made by the Electricians
to the contrary will result in the expulsion of the electrician from
the program
The Program has been designed keeping the Trade Channel in mind.The
Company understands that it is imperative to reward and recognize
the Electricians for the effort made to promote,"C&S" products and
maintain a sizeable market share. The Company in return expects the
same spirit to be reciprocated by the Electricians.
The enrolled Electricians have to ensure that they furnish
information in its true form and any misrepresented information will
result in permanent disqualification from the Program and all other
Programs run by C&S.
The Electricians is liable for disqualification/expulsion from this
Program, on the observation/report of any unfair trade practices
being carried out.
The Electrician is liable for disqualification/expulsion from this
Program if the management of C&S believes that the
actions/act/omissions of Electricians is harmful to the interest of
the C& S and/or is adversely affecting the good will or reputation
of C&S.
C&S reserves the right to take legal action against the Electrician
if they are found to be Ill-practicing or adversely affecting the
goodwill of C&S.
According to the government TDS rule in 194R TDS is going to be
deducted for every member from there redemption amount, PAN card
submitted members TDS will be deducted 10% of there redeemed value
and non-pan card member TDS deduction 20%of there redeem value (Only
PAN member been able to file the TDS at the time of his RTR file)
The Company reserves right to forfeit the earned points, if the
Enrolled Electrician failed to work continuously for 6 months
This scheme is valid from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025
