We are honoured to share that We4She – Inspire Change for a Better Tomorrow in India was among the Top 3 global finalists in the People Category of the Werner von Siemens Awards 2025, held in Munich, Germany.
This pioneering initiative, aimed at promoting gender diversity and empowering women in the workplace, was inaugurated by Dr Roland Busch, President and CEO, Siemens AG, in 2024 at the Contactor manufacturing plant in Noida, India.
At the factory, dedicated manufacturing lines are managed exclusively by Women Colleagues. The programme includes comprehensive Training and Development, Flexible Working Hours, and Maternity Support Policies.
It’s a start and we hope that it will inspire others to build a more inclusive workplace, in how we work and how we make sure people truly build skills for life.
This recognition is a reflection of the collective effort—every voice that believed, every hand that supported, and every story that continues to inspire.
